About Us

The practice was established in June 2000. Ann Futter, a former Deloitte & Touche partner, took the decision to start up her practice as a sole practitioner with the main objective of offering a personal hands-on service to clients.

Ann completed her training contract and was appointed a partner in the Free State office of Deloitte in 1987. Ann handled the audits of two gold mining companies and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of financial accounting, corporate and personal tax and financial management. Ann is a member of SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants).

Lauren joined the practice in 2001 as an accountant and is now a partner of the practice. Lauren has a BCompt degree and is a member of SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants).

Janine Bissett is an ex-Deloitte tax administrator. Janine is an associate of the practice and handles the individual personal tax compliance work. Janine has a BCom degree and is a member of SAIT (South African Institute of Tax Practitioners).
